Job Summary

As a Systems Analyst, you are responsible for defining system requirements, analyzing system problems, and supporting Oracle ERP Financials initiatives. The role includes collaboration with third-party managed services providers in delivering production support, enhancements, and testing activities.

Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will support the ITIN team in improving business processes and aligning IT solutions with organizational needs through innovation, integration, and efficiency. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.

What You'll Do

  • Define system requirements and analyze system issues
  • Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications
  • Perform system design aligned with business requirements
  • Develop architecture diagrams and integration flows
  • Ensure ERP system functionality meets enterprise needs.
  • Support Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management)
  • Manage ERP users, configurations, and documentation
  • Perform report writing, query development, and data extraction
  • Work with business users to gather and validate requirements
  • Coordinate with third-party managed services for support and enhancements
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical team
  • Assist in UAT coordination and QA processes
  • Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC and project management practices.
  • Conduct data analysis and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare business and technical documentation

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials
  • At least 3–5 years experience in systems analysis role
  • Experience working with third-party managed services
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR,
  • Understanding of SDLC, data modeling, and system integration
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
  • Oracle Fusion Financials (OCI, BI Publisher, SOACS, Datamart)
  • ERP tools and reporting platforms
  • Process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, System Architect)

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
