The Graphic Designer II supports multiple global business units by developing high-quality visual design solutions that align with marketing strategies, business objectives, and brand standards. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role partners with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual communications across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a wide range of creative assets that support marketing, communications, and business initiatives.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.
- Create digital assets, infographics, web graphics, iconography, flowcharts, presentations, and other visual communications materials.
- Develop and present creative concepts, clearly articulating design rationale and strategic thinking.
- Ensure consistency with IQVIA and client brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to meet project objectives while balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support video and motion design projects through basic editing, animation, and multimedia content development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver effective and innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Firefly.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations and storytelling experiences.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital design principles.
- Working knowledge of web design fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and user experience considerations.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or Workfront.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects preferred.

Working Model
This is a remote position. Depending on business needs, you might be required to attend the office based in Mexico City
