The position of SAP Business Systems Analyst Procurement & Logistic serves as an SAP information systems consultant for Procurement and Logistics Process Solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as an SAP information systems consultant for Procurement and Logistics Process Solutions.
- Provide end-to-end, second-level support and serve as escalation contact for Key Users.
- Responsible for User Incident, Request, and Demand Management to support daily users of SAP modules in accessing and working with operations data.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
- Serve as member of the S/4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally (transition from current to new SAP platform).
- Build the local Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department in Germany. Develop and maintain Key User training documentation and provide training to all new Key Users and existing Key Users as necessary.
Requirements:
Three- or four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Two years of experience as a Business Consultant, Systems Analyst, or related that includes the following: Hands-on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules experience as used by manufacturing organization; Third party Shipping Management System (such as ShipERP); Returns processing including ARM (Advanced Returns Management); International project implementation.
