Job Description

The position is responsible for building executive dashboards, governance frameworks, reporting automation, and delivering actionable insights for senior IT and business leadership. andidate has 8+ years of experience in financial services/regulated industries, strong expertise in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, SQL, IT governance, and data management, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving governance maturity initiatives. The Big Data Lead Analyst oversees the use of data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business growth within an organization.\n Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement big data strategies and solutions to improve business processes; 2. Lead a team of data analysts to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets; 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights; 4. Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architecture; 5. Evaluate and recommend data tools and technologies to enhance data quality and usability; 6. Ensure data governance and compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
