AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Wilmington, DE. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).

In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce environment, supporting system configuration, user management, process automation, data integrity, and platform enhancements while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and user adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user and license management, account setup, permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Assignment Rules, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, Apps, Actions, Custom Settings, Dashboards, Reports, and Mobile Administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality by evaluating and implementing underutilized Salesforce features.
  • Perform regular system audits, maintain data integrity, and support Salesforce releases and platform upgrades.
  • Support Salesforce integrations and data feeds while implementing automation and validation rules to improve data quality.
  • Partner with business users, vendors, and development teams to gather requirements, document user stories, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Promote user adoption by identifying training opportunities, improving system usability, and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, system processes, and configuration documentation.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience, preferably supporting Salesforce Field Service.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM211) certification preferred.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service certifications are preferred.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce using Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Formula Fields, Custom Views, Reports, Dashboards, and other platform functionality.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and system administration.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, automation, and data management.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, identify root causes, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the impact of system changes across multiple applications and business processes.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes while driving user adoption and process improvements.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • The starting base compensation for this position is $65,059 - $94,783.

*The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.*
