As we continue to invest in our Managed Security Services capability, we're looking for an experienced leader to shape our Security Engineering & Architecture practice and drive the next stage of growth.
The Position: As Manager, Security Engineering & Architecture, you'll lead a team responsible for security architecture, platform engineering, security operations capability development, and customer onboarding.
You'll help define technical direction, influence our cyber capability roadmap, and ensure our services continue to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers.

What You'll Do: - Lead, mentor and develop a team of security engineers and architects. - Drive the evolution and maturity of our security operations capabilities. - Define and maintain security architecture standards and frameworks. - Oversee the design, implementation and optimisation of security technologies and platforms. - Contribute to the future cyber capability roadmap and service offerings. - Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. - Ensure security solutions align with industry best practice and compliance requirements.
About You: - Proven leadership experience in cyber security engineering, architecture or security operations. - Strong technical expertise across security platforms, monitoring, cloud security and cyber defence. - Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale security solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - A passion for building high-performing teams and developing technical talent.
