Requirements

Benefits
Full description
AirHelp is a global travel tech company on a mission to make every journey smoother. We built our name helping millions of travellers claim the flight compensation they're owed - and that's now the foundation of a broader platform of travel protection and convenience products spanning the entire journey.
We’ve spent over thirteen years processing millions of flight disruption claims - and in doing so, built one of the most accurate flight datasets in the travel industry: real-time flight status, schedule and route intelligence, historical delay and cancellation statistics, and proprietary disruption prediction signals.
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our B2B ecosystem - from partner-facing product experiences and claims/payout flows to end-user communications and the marketing website. You'll bridge design and go-to-market by building sales and marketing collateral, running partner research to validate real pain points, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the distinct needs of B2B buyers like OTAs, insurers, and travel management companies.
Salary ranges:
Berlin: 85 000 - 95 000 Euro/year (full employment contract)
Barcelona 70 000 - 80 000 Euro/year (full employment contract)
Gdańsk, Warszawa, Kraków:
- If you join us as a full-time employee: 18 000 - 25 000 PLN/ monthly CoE
- If you join us as a contractor (for specific projects): 20 000 - 27 000 PLN net + VAT monthly
What You'll Drive
- Own B2B design end-to-end: partner-facing product experiences, end-user notification and communication journeys, claims and payout flows, and the marketing website.
- -Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit: sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets, and demo visuals that speak directly to partner audiences.
- Carry a strong understanding of B2B buyer contexts (OTAs, insurers, travel management companies, connectivity providers) across every deliverable, so partners get a considered product and partner experience rather than generic output.
- Contribute design thinking and user pain point insights during early-stage product and go-to-market planning, in close partnership with Product and Product Marketing.
- Run partner interviews, usability testing, and business case validation to ground deliverables in real user pain points and proof points, not assumptions.
- Test and iterate on partner-facing and end-user flows based on real usage, feeding findings back into design.
- Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners.
- Feed learnings and success stories from each launch into the next, building a repeatable design process as the B2B roadmap grows.
What You'll Deliver in Your First 12 Months
- Design coverage across multiple B2B product launches, each shipping with a considered product experience and a complete partner toolkit.
- A partner and end-user experience with real continuity, from the partner-facing product to what the traveler sees.
- A library of sales and marketing collateral that measurably improves deal quality and partner trust.
- A repeatable process for taking a B2B initiative from early positioning to a complete, launch-ready toolkit.
- The first B2B case study, built from real partner feedback, that feeds directly into the next product cycle
What Sets You Apart
- Strong product designer with B2B experience and a good sense of business marking, comfortable moving from a partner-facing flow to a sales deck without losing quality in either.
- Understand B2B buyer psychology and translate those insights into product and partner experiences that drive conversion — not just polished deliverables.
- Bring research rigor: partner interviews, usability testing, and assumption validation are part of your default process, not an afterthought.
- Think in systems. You know that partner-facing products, end-user journeys, and sales collateral all draw on the same underlying context, and you design for that continuity.
- Operate well within a structured go-to-market process without losing momentum, and you understand how design timing affects speed to market.
- Communicate design decisions clearly enough to build trust with commercial stakeholders, not just design peers.
- You're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You take ownership and don't wait for perfect clarity, you create it.
- You work fast and pragmatically. You use tools like AI to explore ideas, validate directions, and accelerate your workflow. You know when to go deep in Figma and when to move on.
- You're an exceptional communicator. You align teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate product thinking in a way that drives decisions and builds trust.
- You collaborate closely with engineers, including distributed or external teams, and understand what it takes to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.
- You have a high bar for quality, but also strong judgment. You know when to refine and when to ship.
- You're fluent in business English.
- Private life and health Insurance.
- Flexible benefits: gym membership, personal education, childcare, public transportation, or leisure travel subsidy.
- Annual travel allowance.
- Work from anywhere for up to 2 weeks/year.
- Language classes.
- Personalized progression plan.
- Internal training programs and knowledge-sharing events.
- Unlimited, free use of AirHelp’s services.
- Pre-paid virtual card.
- Office commute subsidy.
- Access to mindfulness and well-being platform (Mindgram).
- Team days and Parties.
