Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter
• Contribute to backend and/or frontend development when needed (API development, integrations, web interfaces)
• Follow and continuously improve the software development lifecycle and engineering practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation when required

Required Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3+ years of native Android development experience
• Strong understanding of Dart, object-oriented design, and software design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) as part of daily development workflow to enhance productivity and problem-solving
• Exposure to backend or frontend development (e.g., Node.js, Java/Spring, .NET, or modern web frameworks like React/Angular)
• Familiarity with databases and basic data modeling concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Awareness of Apple and Google UI/UX guidelines
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to adapt quickly
• Interest in mobile technologies as well as broader full-stack development
