About the Role
Our retail clients and the brokers who serve them do the heavy lifting. This role makes sure they walk into every meeting with the best numbers in the room.
As a Reporting Analyst on the Group Support Team, you'll turn our retail performance data into the reporting packages and executive presentations our National Relationship Managers carry into client meetings. You'll spend your days in Excel and PowerPoint. Performance reporting and AI tools like Claude are part of the job, not a bonus — we expect you to use them well.
This is a building role. You'll produce the materials; others will present them. Reporting runs on a set cycle, ad hoc requests land on top of it, and accuracy matters because your work goes in front of senior leaders and our largest retail partners. If you like being handed a messy dataset and a real question, you'll get plenty of both.
You'll also see how national and regional client strategy actually gets made — and you'll be the person the team counts on to make it clear.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Executive Presentations
- Analyze performance data to identify growth trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Use Excel to organize, analyze, validate, and summarize relationship and performance data across retail clients, regions, and lines of business.
- Build, update, and deliver internal reports, retail client quarterly reports, dashboards, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable guidance for brokers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Proof and quality-check your own work before delivery — numbers, labels, formatting, and consistency across a deck.
- Turn recurring reports and decks into reusable templates so each cycle gets faster.
- Maintain and update the Retail Client database in partnership with the internal systems support team to support accurate relationship tracking and reporting.
Client Relationship & Broker Support
- Partner with National Relationship Managers to execute engagement strategies that strengthen broker and retail client connectivity.
- Support brokers with data, resources, and communication tools that reinforce retail wholesale strategy and improve client engagement.
- Support regional communication efforts by maintaining key points of contact and aligning client needs with Amwins expertise.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead project management across Relationship Management, Finance, and field teams to communicate timely updates tied to defined retail performance metrics.
- Manage internal communications related to Retail Client M&A activity, new leads, and emerging opportunities to ensure visibility across key stakeholders.
- Partner with field teams on retail client events and opportunities, bringing the right Amwins resources forward to support stronger outcomes.
What You Bring

- Experience building reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
