The opportunity

The Senior Finance Analyst is required to partner with and support the Finance team, to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic insights. The Senior Analyst will leverage analytical expertise to create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize trends and support data-driven decision making across various departments.

The role

  • Create and maintain comprehensive advanced reports that summarize data findings and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders cross functionally to understand reporting needs and ensure that reports meet the business requirements.
  • Define and select key performance indicators that align with business goals to measure success effectively.
  • Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control processes, working with the relevant teams to find data integration solutions.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques in Tableau to present complex data in an uderstandable and actionable format.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data sets to inform strategic decisions and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Clearly communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports, ensuring that data narratives are impactful.
  • Solicit feedback on established reports, ensuring continuous improvement with change in business needs.

The requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 3 – 5 (three-five) years of experience in Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
