👩💻 About The Role
Flower is growing and so is our Finance team. We're now looking for a Finance Analyst to join our CFO Office, reporting to our Head of Finance.
This role is focused on business controlling, financial reporting and business performance follow-up across the organization. Working closely with Finance and operational teams, you'll monitor financial performance, analyse profitability and costs, and help ensure that decision-makers have the financial insights they need to steer the business.
You'll work across multiple parts of the organization, connecting financial data with operational performance through reporting, budgeting, forecasting and project follow-up. You'll also play an important role in improving reporting quality, developing dashboards and creating transparency around the financial performance of Flower's assets and development projects.
What You'll Do:
- Support monthly management reporting and business performance follow-up across the group.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and budget follow-up, including variance analyses against budget and forecast.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability and the financial performance of Flower's asset portfolio and Asset Development projects.
- Perform financial, profitability and cost analyses to support operational decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations and decision material for management.
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards and finance processes while partnering closely with Asset Development, Asset Optimization and Accounting to improve financial insights, reporting quality and data accuracy.
You Will Also:
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational systems.
- Support the reconciliation of operational data with the accounting system.
- Contribute to the development of reporting tools, BI and finance processes.
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity follow-up.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve financial visibility and operational performance.
- Contribute to finance improvement initiatives as Flower continues to scale.

You'll help transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that enable better business decisions while continuously improving reporting and finance processes.
Who You Are
You likely have 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Financial Controlling, Audit or a similar analytical finance role. Experience from a Big Four firm is highly valued.
You also have:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights in a clear and structured way.
- Experience working with reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
- A genuine curiosity about how finance connects to business performance and value creation.
- A structured approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and continuously improving the way things are done.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Fluency in English

Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm, just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
