Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Global Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Master Data Management Operations to support master data processes for primarily for the Japan market. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.
As a member of the MDM Operations team, you will partner with business, data governance, and technology teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant master data services while supporting ongoing business initiatives and operational improvements. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to business outcomes, strengthen data quality, and help evolve master data processes.
The Senior Analyst, Master Data Operations is responsible for executing and continuously improving master data processes. Working within the Global Services operating model, this role serves as an execution partner to business partners, ensuring master data requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards and controls.
The position collaborates closely with business users, data governance teams, and technology partners to support day-to-day operations, readiness activities, process improvements, and new business requirements. The Senior Analyst helps translate business needs into effective operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Adhere to relevant laws and regulations, and adhere to the guidelines outlined in the J&J Credo.

- Perform timely execution of master data operations tasks, ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreement commitments and observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
- Support Data Quality processes and collaborate on the refinement and implementation of creative solutions.
- Resolve complex process issues and ensure complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Prepares and provides insights on metrics, dashboards, and facilitate the efficient operations of the department.
- Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
- Establishes and implement programs and innovative initiatives (e.g. process improvements) for the Master Data Operations area, under direct supervision
- Leads projects and departmental objectives, with a focus on achieving business results and implementing tools and processes to enhance data operations.

- Build strong internal relationships with sector partners.
- Collaborate with relevant parties on practical aspects and offer guidance to external teams when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- Business fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Japan-based business stakeholders, customers, and functional partners.
- Experience supporting multinational, cross-functional teams in a global environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Japan market or working with Japanese business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Japanese business processes, customer data, vendor data, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Informatica MDM, JDE, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting business transformations, ERP deployments, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or digital tools.
