.NET Angular LEAD DEVELOPER

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Lead Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade applications. The role blends deep expertise in modern Angular, .NET 8+, Azure cloud services, and SQL Server with strong leadership to guide cross‑functional teams, enforce best practices, and ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards for Angular front‑ends and ASP.NET Core Web APIs using Clean Architecture and feature‑based patterns.
• Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, mentor junior members, and promote best practices in TypeScript, C#, and SQL development.
• Design and implement scalable state‑management solutions using Angular Signals, RxJS, and NgRx where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with versioning, OpenAPI documentation, and robust error handling.
• Create responsive, accessible UI components with Angular Material, SCSS, and modern CSS techniques.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including automated testing, security scanning, and deployments to Azure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using ARM templates, Azure Key Vault, and monitor applications with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Optimize database schemas, write complex T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current with emerging technologies and integrating them where beneficial.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Angular (standalone components, signals) and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with C# and .NET 8+ including ASP.NET Core Web API development.
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise applications using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and CQRS/Mediator patterns.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, T‑SQL, complex query development, and performance tuning.
• Extensive experience with Azure services (AAD, ARM, App Service, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Monitor, CI/CD).
• Strong background in DevOps practices, automated pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Expertise in state management (Angular Signals, RxJS, NgRx) and reactive programming.
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication/authorization flows, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience leading agile teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
