Key Responsibilities
- Support project lifecycle
activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate project tasks,
track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Assist in preparing project
plans, schedules, and effort estimates
- Monitor project dependencies
and highlight risks or delays
- Participate in Agile/Scrum
ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models
- Maintain project
documentation including status reports and project artifacts
- Identify and escalate risks,
issues, and support mitigation actions
- Assist in managing and
tracking change requests and their impact
- Support stakeholder
communication and ensure alignment on project updates
- Coordinate effectively with
cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to project
processes and quality standards
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in
project coordination or project management, preferably in the software industry
- Exposure to IT or digital
transformation projects is an added advantage
- Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good understanding of Agile
and Scrum practices
- Strong organizational and
time management skills
- Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines
- Good stakeholder management
and coordination skills
- Basic leadership and
decision-making ability
- Proficiency in tools such as
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence
