  • Design, launch, and continuously improve AI-powered capabilities that enhance scheduling efficiency, laboratory turnaround, staffing decisions, and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish strong practices for AI feature development, including prompt design, versioning, evaluation, experimentation, and iteration based on real-world usage.

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and discovery through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate product success metrics related to scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, operational performance, and care quality.

  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or features, including technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or personalization, with measurable improvements in product or business metrics.
  • Experience designing and launching products for operational or care-team workflows, particularly scheduling, staffing, logistics, capacity planning, or similar domains.
  • Proven ability to build complex workflow products and integrate AI-powered capabilities within regulated or highly sensitive environments.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working on model-driven problems such as demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply-demand optimization.
  • Solid understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the workflows and needs of multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading agile, cross-functional teams and managing products through the complete development lifecycle.
  • Strong product judgment and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance long-term platform vision against short-term business and operational priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align clinical, technical, operational, and business stakeholders around a common product direction.
  • Experience working with an EMR or core clinical operations platform, such as Epic or athenahealth, is strongly preferred.
  • Builder mentality and willingness to move quickly, test ideas, learn from real-world usage, and continuously improve AI-enabled products.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States and authorization to work for any U.S. employer without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to attend an on-site final interview in Menlo Park, California.
