Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and user-focused Senior Product Designer with 2–6 years of experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI Design, Product Design, and iOS Design, with a passion for creating intuitive, visually engaging, and highly usable digital experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. From early concepts and user flows to polished interfaces and final implementation, you will play a key role in shaping the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end design process across product discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and delivery.

• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually polished UI experiences across mobile and digital product platforms.
• Create high-quality iOS designs that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines while maintaining a consistent product identity.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand requirements, identify user problems, and develop effective design solutions.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into clear product experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive designs.
• Build and maintain reusable design components and contribute to scalable design systems.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs into the final product.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing product experiences through data, research, and user feedback.
• Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and communicate the rationale behind design choices.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and modern product design practices.

Must-Have Skills• UI Design: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, interaction patterns, responsive layouts, and usability.

• Product Design: Proven ability to take ownership of product design from problem definition through final execution.
• iOS Design: Hands-on experience designing mobile applications for iOS and familiarity with Apple’s design principles and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong visual, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product, UI, and mobile design work.

Good-to-Have Skills• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and design analytics.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development teams.
• Basic understanding of iOS development constraints and frontend implementation.
• Experience designing consumer-facing or high-scale digital products.

Experience2–6 years of relevant experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Mobile App Design, or a related field.
