Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of a high-performance trading platform built for fast-moving digital asset markets.You will own meaningful design decisions across web and mobile experiences, helping transform complex financial workflows into intuitive and trustworthy products.The position combines product thinking, UX expertise, and visual design skills within a small, highly collaborative team environment.You will work closely with engineering and product teams to define problems, create solutions, and continuously improve the user experience through real feedback.Attention to detail, clarity, and usability will be essential as you design experiences used in fast-paced trading scenarios.This is an ideal opportunity for a product designer who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and building impactful products from the ground up.

Accountabilities As a Product Designer, you will lead the design process across web and mobile experiences, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities. You will take ownership of product design decisions, contribute to design systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished and effective user experiences.

• Design user experiences across web and mobile platforms, including trading workflows, market data displays, charts, positions, execution visibility, onboarding, and wallet experiences.

• Take features from initial problem definition through research, UX exploration, final UI design, and implementation support.

• Create clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex trading environments.

• Identify usability issues related to hierarchy, clarity, and information density, and develop solutions to improve user understanding.

• Own, maintain, and evolve the design system and token library used by engineering teams.

• Ensure consistency between web and mobile product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to make informed design decisions.

• Provide thoughtful feedback on designs and participate in constructive design critiques.

• Support marketing design initiatives, including landing pages, social assets, and product launch materials.

• Contribute to design initiatives across additional products when required.

• Analyze real user behavior after releases and continuously improve product experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a product-focused designer with strong UX and UI capabilities, excellent product judgment, and experience designing modern digital products. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with technical teams, and making thoughtful design decisions in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong product design experience with the ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.

• Ability to identify usability challenges in complex interfaces and communicate solutions clearly.

• Experience across user research, UX design, interaction design, and UI design.

• Ability to manage projects independently while involving stakeholders in key decisions.

• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.

• Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive design feedback.

• Fluent proficiency in Figma and experience working with token-based design systems.

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on creating polished user experiences.

• Experience designing consumer products, fintech applications, or crypto-related products is a plus.

• Familiarity with trading platforms, exchange products, brokerage applications, or financial tools is preferred.

• Experience designing data-rich interfaces, dashboards, analytics products, or real-time visualizations is beneficial.

• Knowledge of self-custodial wallets, Solana, EVM ecosystems, or blockchain products is a plus.

• Experience building or maintaining scalable design systems is advantageous.
