Digital Product Manager AI Technologies (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Own a product area from user need through release and continuous improvement

• Work with users and stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and set priorities

• Partner closely with AI engineers throughout development and delivery

• Define success criteria and validate that solutions deliver the expected value

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the experience

• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and the way our team works

• Support product communication and enable successful adoption across the organization

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management

• Experience working closely with software development teams

• Strong understanding of agile software development

• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and priorities

• Interest in AI technologies and curiosity about how AI products behave in real-world use

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

• Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and navigating ambiguity

• Excellent English skills. German is a plus

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
