II - Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling motion graphics and static visual content for both digital and corporate environments, including social media, web, video, and advertising. This role requires collaborating closely with creative and production teams to turn concepts into reality, preparing storyboards, animatics, and mock-ups, and utilizing advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with 3D design software like Cinema 4D or Blender being a strong plus. You will be expected to deliver original creative solutions that adhere to brand identity guidelines, manage multiple projects successfully, stick to time planning, and consistently provide high-quality results. A strong storytelling ability, mastery of animation principles, and openness to innovative approaches by following current design trends are essential.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

(i) producing motion design and static visual content for social media, web, advertising, and video platforms, (ii) designing posters, banners, mailings, catalogs, and other graphic materials in accordance with the corporate identity for campaigns and digital communications, (iii) collaborating closely with creative and production teams to prepare storyboards, animatics, and mock-ups to effectively visualize concepts, (iv) delivering creative solutions that align with the dynamics of both digital and printed media to strengthen the brand image, (v) managing assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery in accordance with the established schedule and quality standards, and (vi) closely following current design and technology trends to bring innovative and fresh approaches to ongoing projects.

IV - What Is Required from You?

(i) Education: A university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Animation, or a related department; candidates with a proven, strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in this field will also be considered. (ii) Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics and Graphic Design within digital and corporate agency environments. (iii) Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D design and animation programs such as Cinema 4D or Blender is highly preferred. (iv) Design Knowledge: A solid command of current design trends, animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition rules. (v) Creative Skills: Strong creative direction and storytelling abilities, with the capability to produce original designs that strictly adhere to brand identity and corporate guidelines. (vi) Soft Skills: Success in multi-project management, strict adherence to time planning, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. (vii) Additional Requirements: For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempt.
