The Analyst will support data-driven insights that help power B2B growth initiatives, focusing on foundational pipeline and business performance metrics. In this role, you will apply your foundational analytical skills to analyze data, generate reports, maintain dashboards and provide insights that guide decision-making across teams. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to business analytics in a collaborative SaaS environment, working closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners. 

 

Tech Stack Exposure: 

• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Power BI).

• Basic understanding of common B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline, annual recurring revenue, etc.) is a plus.

 

What you’ll be working on

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis functional and business metrics to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making

• Dashboard Management: Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for various teams using Power BI, ensuring data is up-to-date and visually accessible

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multi-functional teams to gather data, clarify business questions, and translate them into structured analyses and reports

• Insights & Optimization: Contribute to identifying opportunities for improving pipeline health and customer retention by analyzing data and sharing findings with senior analysts and stakeholders

• Data Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards and reports, troubleshooting inconsistencies with guidance from senior team members. 

• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and help document analytical processes and best practices

 

What you bring to the role

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role

• Analytical Skills: Foundational skills in data analysis, including working knowledge of SQL and data visualization (Power BI). Basic proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R

• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to conduct thorough data validation and maintain high data quality

• Eager to Learn: A curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and analytics techniques. Willingness to take on challenges and grow under the mentorship of senior team members

• Communication & Collaboration: Good written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback

 

Preferred:

• Exposure to tools such as Databricks or AI/ML concepts for analytics

• Understanding of B2B business
