About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer for our “Platform Infrastructure” team to accommodate the rapid expansion of our Engineering function. You will be instrumental in not only shaping our infrastructure but also defining the future engineering practices within the company. The ideal candidate is passionate about addressing a wide range of technical and operational challenges.

What You'll Do
- Build and operate the internal infrastructure that supports our engineers, services, and customers.
- Design and evolve our cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Own our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tooling. Empower engineering teams by developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment, testing, and release processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and related tools.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and internal teams to ship high-impact projects and provide infrastructure expertise.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications and services.
- Design and implement new tools and technologies to help improve efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Write internal tools and services to automate manual workflows, enhance developer productivity, and surface operational insights.
- Respond to production incidents, contribute to blameless postmortems, and continuously improve system reliability.
About you
- You're an infrastructure engineer with experience developing robust and scalable solutions. You're passionate about solving real-world problems with proven technologies and building elegant, scalable systems.
- You are an expert when it comes to Infrastructure As Code, CI/CD, and other modern tooling to accelerate engineering processes. You’re proficient in tooling for these (such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) and have experience working with them in an enterprise setting.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity - you’re able to quickly develop hypotheses with limited information and have a demonstrated ability to learn complex concepts quickly. You drive tasks independently, while proactively reaching out for help and additional resources when needed to keep yourself unblocked.
- You have built strong foundational knowledge in cloud infrastructure engineering with experience adhering to industry best practices and are confident implementing security measures to protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
- You have experience in identifying and responding to complex incidents, including issues that may relate to customer infrastructure.
- Comfortable communicating with technical teams and leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
