Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Technology Strategy and Roadmap 1.Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and market demands. 2.Identify emerging trends and technologies in the farm technology sector to inform product strategy. 3.Implement strategies for product updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.
Innovative Product Development & Management 1.Drive innovation in farm technology by leading research and development initiatives. 2.Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies that can provide competitive advantages and solve key challenges in the agricultural sector. 3.Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create innovative and high-quality products. 4.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product offerings align with customer expectations and market positioning.
Technological Evaluation and Integration 1.Evaluate emerging technologies for potential inclusion in the product portfolio. 2.Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems and ensure seamless operation and user experience.
Scalability and Performance Optimization 1.Ensure products are designed for scalability and high performance. 2.Oversee optimization processes to maintain quality and efficiency as products evolve and expand.
Leadership and Mentorship 1.Lead, mentor, and foster a team of product managers, technologists, and engineers. 2.Promote a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and technical excellence.
Experience
12+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the agriculture technology or mechanization sectors.
Industry Preferred

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Technology Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
