Role Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst, Product, you will partner with our product team to strengthen data-informed decision making by defining sharp success metrics. You will dive deep into our transformation and reporting platforms to improve self-service through AI and traditional dashboards, while also delivering ad hoc analyses to guide product development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track success metrics across our product
- Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Accelerate AI self-service in our intelligence layer: Omni and Amplitude
- Research and implement best practices to enhance AI reporting accuracy and reliability
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making
- Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
- Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in analytics or strategic role at a technology company
- Strong SQL and dbt skills
- Prior experience with Omni (or similar BI tools)
- Understanding of SaaS business models and product metrics
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience optimizing context for and output of AI analytical systems
