This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Money based in Canada.
This is an opportunity to own the growth and evolution of a newly launched financial product designed to support families well beyond the traditional registry experience. You will lead the product end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through experimentation, launch, measurement, and iteration. Your focus will span monetization, top-of-funnel growth, and building engaging product experiences that encourage long-term customer relationships. Working closely with engineering, leadership, and cross-functional partners, you will turn ambiguous opportunities into measurable business outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy, with the opportunity to shape a growing business and influence its monetization model and growth strategy. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment where data, experimentation, and strong product judgment drive decision-making. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who enjoys building from early traction toward meaningful scale.

Accountabilities
- Own the financial product experience end-to-end, taking ideas from discovery and prioritization through implementation, measurement, and continuous iteration.
- Define clear success metrics and use product and business data to identify opportunities, establish hypotheses, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead top-of-funnel growth initiatives by identifying growth levers, designing experiments, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing performance.
- Develop and test monetization strategies beyond transaction fees, including partnerships, physical products, integrated experiences, and other potential revenue streams.
- Build product features and engagement mechanisms that encourage families to return over time, including experiences connected to birthdays, savings milestones, seasonal moments, and other relevant occasions.
- Partner daily with engineering leadership and engineers to translate product opportunities into effective solutions, actively participating in technical discussions, QA, and delivery.
- Own and defend the product roadmap, making prioritization decisions independently while balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, and speed.
- Communicate progress, successes, failures, experiments, and learnings clearly and consistently to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, execution, and problem-solving while maintaining strong product judgment.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product management with a proven track record of owning products, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to connect product initiatives to revenue or other meaningful commercial results, with specific examples of measurable impact.
- Experience building or co-building products from zero to one, with the ability to operate effectively when priorities, processes, and requirements are still evolving.
- Strong growth mindset, including experience identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, running experiments, and using results to inform subsequent decisions.
- Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering teams; comfortable discussing technical trade-offs, validating implementations, and working hands-on throughout development.
- Highly data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to identify the right metrics, investigate problems, and translate analysis into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to present recommendations to leadership, advocate for a clear point of view, and adapt when circumstances require.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with a systematic approach to roadmap management, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Experience with B2C products or large consumer audiences is advantageous, particularly where customer engagement and growth are key drivers.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to incorporate AI into day-to-day product work to improve research, analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where ambiguity is common and teams are expected to move quickly.
- Strong product instincts, curiosity, resourcefulness, and an outcome-oriented mindset.
