Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and highly creative 3D & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position is responsible for developing compelling visual experiences that engage audiences and elevate customer and brand interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both 3D modeling/rendering and 2D graphic design, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving to bring immersive, crowd-facing experiences to life.
Working directly under the guidance of the Creative Director, this role will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to design engaging visual assets, environmental graphics, branded experiences, event concepts, installations, and marketing materials that create memorable connections between customers and brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, visualizations, and concept presentations for customer-facing environments and brand experiences.
- Create compelling 2D graphics, layouts, illustrations, signage, presentation materials, and marketing assets.
- Translate creative briefs and brand objectives into engaging visual concepts and experiential design solutions.
- Produce design documentation, technical drawings, and presentation materials for project development and stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams throughout concept, design, and production phases.
- Prepare files and assets for fabrication, production, installation, and digital implementation.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client expectations, brand standards, and project requirements.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, visualization technologies, and experiential marketing best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer engagement and experiential storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience with additional 3D and visualization software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing for experiential marketing, branded environments, trade shows, retail displays, events, museums, attractions, or themed entertainment.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, environmental graphics, and production methods.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation, or digital content creation.
- Creative thinker with strong conceptual design abilities.
- Passion for creating memorable customer and brand experiences.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence.
- Able to balance innovation with practical execution.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
Preferred Education or Experience:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, experiential design, environmental design, exhibition design, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both 3D modeling/rendering and 2D graphic design capabilities.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related applications)
- SketchUp (preferred/nice-to-have)
- AutoCAD
- Experience producing professional renderings, presentation graphics, and visual concepts.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.

Work Schedule:
- Weekday position
