Your Responsibilities:
- Lead process readiness and maintain governance frameworks to enable the rollout of global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries
- Manage Business Process Requirements for digital business activities in Southeast Asia as the blueprint for 2nd tier CX ecommerce platform implementation within SAP Grow program
- Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structure
- Support in E2E user testing and training preparations for dig business projects
- Continuously optimize global dig business processes and frameworks
Your Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus
- A proven ability to operate effectively in international and intercultural settings
- High levels of initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness, with a focus on driving process excellence and governance.
