QA - Performance Engineering Specialist

Job Description:

• The client

envisions a performance engineering specialist attached to a Center of Excellence, capable of designing, planning, and executing performance. The role involves analyzing the results and producing the associated quality deliverables.

• The

recurring terms (support, advise, consultant, standards dissemination) indicate a position of cross-functional influence with development teams, rather than simply executing end-user scenarios. Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and the DevOps cycle is central to the role: the candidate must be able to instrument the pipelines, not just produce a load report at the end of the cycle. Resilience and application observability (e.g., Dynatrace) complement the mandate, which is geared towards stability and performance at scale.

• This is a

senior-level position, with a key role in best practices, tools, and standards.

Requirements

• Performance
