New Beginning Counseling & Therapy is looking for energetic, passionate, and client-oriented behavioral health clinicians to join our growing team immediately! We operate a structured 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) built around compassionate, comprehensive clinical care and substance use recovery. We are actively hiring fully Licensed Clinicians as well as registered Supervisees (CSAC-S, MSW-S, Residency trainees) who thrive in a dynamic team environment.   • Perform Groups: Facilitate lively, impactful clinical therapy and psychoeducation groups within our structured PHP schedule.
  • Conduct Assessments: Perform thorough intake screenings, ASAM evaluations, and clinical reviews to welcome clients to our program.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide client-oriented, individualized counseling sessions tailored to unique recovery goals.
  • Treatment Planning: Build and update collaborative behavioral health treatment plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous clinical documentation that meets Virginia DBHDS licensing and DMAS standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • License or Track Status (Required): Must hold a valid Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LSATP) OR be actively registered with the Virginia Board as a Supervisee/Resident (CSAC-Supervisee, MSW-Supervisee, Resident in Counseling).
