This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Kotlin) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking area. This is a fully remote project.

Requirements

Must Have (Technical Skills):

  • Core Languages: Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
  • Frameworks: Experience with Spring or Quarkus (Reactive Paradigm)
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), or OpenShift
  • CI/CD: Experience with Agile development incorporating TDD and CI/CD (GitHub)
  • Security & API: Good practices in REST, mTLS, and OAuth2
  • Architecture: Experience developing large-scale, enterprise distributed systems with high-availability (HA) and low-latency.

Soft Skills & Experience:

  • Communication: Very good communication skills and previous experience working with external customers (a must).
  • Mindset: Self-directed, care about continuous learning, and open-minded.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for overcoming high-throughput challenges.
