Overview
The Marketing Automation Traffic Manager keeps work moving across Gallagher’s in-house Marketing Studio. You’ll help make sure requests are clear, resourced, tracked, and delivered on time. This role connects account teams, project teams, and divisional partners. You’ll support a steady flow of work across marketing automation programs, including email campaigns, nurture journeys, lead generation, and customer retention work. You’ll help the team stay organized, protect quality, and meet service level targets. You’ll also help improve how work flows so colleagues can do their best work with less friction.
How you'll make an impact
- You’ll review incoming requests and make sure the right details are in place before work starts.
- You’ll help route work to the right people based on priority, capacity, and service level targets.
- You’ll keep projects moving in the right order and help flag timing risks early.
- You’ll support accurate records, clear updates, and smooth handoffs from start to fin.
- You’ll look for ways to improve traffic flow, resourcing, and delivery across the team.
About you
- 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting marketing projects, marketing operations, or traffic coordination activities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with intake, routing, resourcing, and delivery prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront or a similar work management platform.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, or similar marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
