Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer (São Paulo Office)

We are looking for an in-office Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team in São Paulo! You will be our dedicated local powerhouse for social media, digital campaigns, and print, ensuring high-speed creative delivery backed by strict regulatory compliance.

  • Location: São Paulo, Brazil
  • Fluent English & Portuguese (Required)
  • Reports To: Marketing Leadership

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-impact visual assets for social media, performance marketing, and print
  • Partner closely with Compliance to strictly apply brand guidelines and local legal requirements
  • Build and maintain organized libraries of templates and reusable assets in Figma and Adobe CC
  • Quickly adapt creative assets in response to regulatory, product, or communication changes
  • Bonus: Edit videos and create motion graphics/animations to bring our campaigns to life!

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid Graphic Design background.
  • Extreme attention to detail—you know fine print and legal guidelines matter
  • Systems mindset—obsessed with organization, reusable components, and efficiency
  • Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Big Plus: Experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro (Motion Graphics)
  • Note: We value true craft and precision; heavily AI-generated portfolios won't fit this role.
  • Schedule: Hybrid working model — 4 days onsite per week, 1 day remote.
