Key Areas of Responsibilities 

 

IT project coordination 

  • Assist cross-functional IT projects 
  • Ensure timely procurement/payment to support project schedules
  • Collaborate with business, finance, IT and suppliers to align priorities 
  • Maintain procurement efficiency, cost savings
  • Negotiate with and manage external suppliers.   

 

Administration support 

  • Procurement & Supplier Management 
  • Execute IT procurement cycles (budget → requisition → Purchase Order issuance → payment settlement)  
  • Contract negotiation and assist with bidding 
  • Monitor contract renewal and auto-renewal risk 90 days and above prior to expiration). 
  • Track IT spending vs. budgets 
  • Payment Oversight, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and report discrepancies.   
  • Compose routine correspondence, reports and other documents 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor or above.
  • 5-10 years of relevant working experience preferably in banking/finance sector
  • Proven track record managing IT budgets, vendor payments and contracts
  • Experience in budget forecasting and cost analysis.   
  • Good organization and project planning skills and able to follow-up on assigned tasks within stipulated timelines for successful completion 
  • Strong negotiation, vendor communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Self motivated and team player, able to work independently under minimal supervision. 
  • Good command of spoken and written communications in English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
