We are seeking a creative and detail-driven signage design and wayfinding expert to join our turn-key sign manufacturing team. This role blends design thinking with real-world production knowledge - transforming branded environments into tangible, buildable signage solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving designs from concept through to production, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners, and with clients to deliver their signage needs. From concept through fabrication, you will design impactful environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, dimensional signage, and architectural branding elements that elevate client spaces. Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Development
- Execute environmental graphic design work from concept through final documentation for assigned projects. Translate creative direction into clear, accurate, and production-ready design deliverables.
- Contribute to design development by iterating on concepts and applying feedback effectively.
Design Quality & Documentation
- Produce high-quality, detailed design work that meets internal standards and project requirements. Maintain organized, accurate files and documentation to support production and implementation. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Senior Environmental Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and feedback. Communicate progress, questions, and challenges clearly and in a timely manner. Support coordination with Project Management and Preconstruction as needed.
Time Management & Delivery
- Manage assigned tasks and workloads to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Prioritize effectively across multiple projects and deliver work on schedule.
- Proactively flag risks or delays to the Senior Environmental Graphic Designer.
Professional Growth & Team Contribution

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 years' experience
- Design portfolio work
- Proficient knowledge in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in sign design, fabrication, or installation
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
