POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle, including: defining and executing the product vision, roadmap and the Interoperability platform strategy. This role partners with engineering, sales & marketing teams and implementation teams to deliver scalable, standards-based healthcare data exchange solutions. The Product Manager ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Interoperability platform, APIs, and integration frameworks.
· Establish Interoperability strategic direction with overall business unit strategy.
· Serve as subject matter expert in FHIR, X12, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and related Healthcare standards.
· Collaborate with senior management to define, establish and achieve overall objectives for the product line.
· Implement growth strategy through API expansions, regulatory enablement, platform extensions, and partnerships
· Hands-on experience with CMS Interoperability Final Rule, Prior Authorization transformation, and regulatory compliance.
· Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
· Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
· Be an expert on assigned product components & also with respect to the competition.
· Drive & manage core product track and client specific interoperability solutions. side by side.
· Responsible to accept or reject any CR/ER along-with logical reasons behind his/her decision.
· Mentor & manage teams of Product analysts to deliver product artifacts (BCDs, BRDs and PRD/FRS, Mapping documents).
· Gain expertise across all modules of all ZeOmega products
· Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries
· Drive product strategy by market research, competitor’s research, policy & tech feasibility impacts.
· Identify opportunities to expand interoperability into new regulatory, payer-provider, or digital ecosystem use cases.
· Work with PD teams to share product vision, clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions.
· Work as point of contact for Implementation teams to provide effective solutions for active projects.
· Work with SME’s to review solutions for policy & customer practices impact on ER/CR & NPI’s. and with cross-functional teams to bring ideas for ER/NPI’s and prepare business case.
· Work with sales teams on RFP’s, accompany them for prospect or Up sale demos and presentations.
· Work with marketing teams on market positioning, market sizing and & on product promotions.
· Work with marketing teams to build assets for product marketing,
· Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
· Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
· Be creative & curious to bring NPI and act as a leader for driving Product Vision.
· Lead, coach and motivate direct reports and indirect partners to achieve success as one team
