What you’ll do:
This role warrants leading Customer data cleaning and enrichment related projects for Eaton's aerospace business. Ensure that the customer data meets the required data quality. The candidate will also be responsible for Address clean-up, Hierarchy assignment and management, selling relationship assignment and management. "1. Lead data management processes and drive Team level Initiatives 2. Work directly with the sales and marketing teams in Aerospace to improve the customer master data in Customer data hub - Reltio, ERP & CRM 3. Manage co-ordination and collaboration with various IT teams (Reltio, ERP, Salesforce) and business stakeholders 4. Work closely with FA and Business to migrate data from ERP to CRM as per standard and plans 5. Plan and deploy data cleaning and sanitization process in the ERP and CRMs 6. Support and oversee progress of the Customer Data team to improve the customer data quality by identifying the data gaps and closing them with the help of the business data owners 7. Make sure that data integration between various ERP and tools work as expected 8. Meet the SLA & TAT for the activities as agreed by the business and track teams progress 9. Actively participate in Business meetings and contribute in decision making 10. Effectively communicate project progress and updates to team leads and stakeholders 11. Act as key point of contact for all data flows and processes 12. Define processes for team and manage deployment of Projects. 13. Functionally lead team deliverables support Team Lead in various activities"
Qualifications:
Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering in any stream Experience of 4 to 6 years in customer data analysis and management and data migration
Skills:
"1.Candidate must be good in understanding the customer master data and find the anomalies in it. 2.Candidate must have good understanding of data flow from ERP to Middleware and CRM and various connected systems. 3.Working experience in Azure, Salesforce, C360 and SAP is good to have. 4.Should have experience in data migration between tools. 5.Hands on SQL experience is good to have.
