We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth. As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lifecycle of medium-sized products or multiple smaller products, ensuring their ongoing success and alignment with company goals.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Make informed trade-offs as necessary during the delivery process to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop clear and comprehensive requirements for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure the success of new features, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Understand and apply various user research methodologies.
- Leverage research findings from specific projects to inform and enhance future product development efforts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure product success.
- Set up appropriate tracking mechanisms and regularly monitor the performance of all features.
- Collaborate with senior product team members to create and maintain product roadmaps.
- Gather and analyze information to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance.
- Familiarity with various user research methodologies and their applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Must meet company’s requirements for employment.

Base Salary: $112,000–$149,500, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
