About the Role
Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead our AI-Assisted Design Engineering team. This role will lead and develop a growing team of engineers focused on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to accelerate semiconductor design, verification, and product development. This role is ideal for an emerging engineering leader with who is passionate about mentoring others, driving innovation, and helping build next-generation engineering capabilities.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS), or a related field.
- 2 to 5+ years of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor design experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, or serving in a technical leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to influence and guide others through collaboration, coaching, and technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of: • Analog and mixed-signal circuit design
- Semiconductor device fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of: • Circuit simulation, verification, and characterization
- Engineering problem-solving and debugging methodologies
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Provides coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to support employee growth and career development.
- Effectively prioritizes work, delegates responsibilities, and aligns resources to achieve business objectives.
- Encourages continuous improvement and embraces new technologies that enhance engineering productivity.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
