About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions in Agile environments.
  • Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, access governance, privileged access management, and identity data management.
  • Experience translating business, security, operational, and regulatory requirements into product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with enterprise IAM technologies such as IGA, PAM, Entra ID/Active Directory, Federation, SSO, MFA, Secrets Management, Authorization, or Identity Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, cloud identity, workload identity, identity threat detection, and modern authorization models.
  • Experience supporting IAM modernization, migration, transformation, or control remediation initiatives.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments with audit, compliance, and risk management requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or IAM-related certifications.

Job Expectations:

  • Own and manage IAM product roadmaps, priorities, and backlog for assigned capabilities.
  • Define product objectives, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, risk reduction, regulatory commitments, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
  • Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
  • Provide product direction throughout sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and implementation activities.
  • Validate delivered capabilities meet business, security, operational, and customer expectations.
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Embed security controls, policy requirements, audit considerations, and compliance obligations into product requirements.
  • Support production readiness, adoption, operational excellence, control remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
