We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with solid ECM experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and outstanding communication capabilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, technical delivery squads, and external vendors, ensuring alignment across teams and driving successful outcomes. The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications while facilitating effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in document capture, classification, and content management processes will be highly desirable.
