Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage clients to gather and understand business and technical requirements related to cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on Database Security, Application Security, and Cloud Native Security.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Value (POV) activities to validate that proposed solutions meet clients' requirements and objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFPs, RFQs, and ITQs, preparing technical proposals, defining solution scope, and sizing solutions based on customer needs.
- Design, deploy, configure, and implement cybersecurity solutions while providing subject matter expertise and technical consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, knowledge transfer, and training workshops to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities when required.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in the deployment, configuration, administration, and fine-tuning of Imperva Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions.
- Experience with Database Security, Application Security, and Cloud Computing platforms.
- Familiarity with leveraging and enhancing the capabilities of existing security and analytical tools and technologies.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Native Security technologies will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of information security concepts, cybersecurity technologies, cyber threat actors, cybercrime trends, and emerging threats across various industries.
- Experience in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
