Senior UX Designer — JAGGAERAbout the Role
- JAGGAER is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Product Design team and help create intuitive, effective, and engaging experiences across our enterprise software products.
- This is a hands-on product design role for a designer who combines strong UX and interaction design skills with thoughtful problem solving and a user-centered approach.
- As a Senior UX Designer at JAGGAER, you will own the design of key product experiences across our Source-to-Pay portfolio. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs, simplify complex procurement workflows, and translate requirements into intuitive and scalable solutions.
- You will be involved throughout the product development lifecycle—from discovery and concept exploration through detailed design and implementation—and will be expected to independently drive design work while collaborating closely with the broader product team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of product features and experiences across JAGGAER’s enterprise products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs.
- Simplify complex procurement workflows and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through implementation.
- Use customer insights, research, and usability feedback to inform and improve design solutions.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate the thinking and rationale behind your decisions.
- Participate in design critiques and collaborate with other designers to improve design quality and consistency.
- Contribute to JAGGAER’s design system and help ensure consistent experiences across products.
- Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centered design throughout the product development process.
Position Requirements
- Strong experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex workflow-based products.
- Strong interaction design and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex experiences.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, prototyping, usability, and visual design.
- Ability to independently own design projects while collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience with procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, ERP, fintech, or related enterprise domains is a plus.
