You're a strong fit if you have:
- 15+ years of experience in your engineering discipline
- Active PE license (single or multi-state)
- Leadership experience — managing teams, departments, or project portfolios
- Business development or account management experience — client acquisition, proposal writing, or ongoing client relationship stewardship
- Professional engagement outside the office — our clients consistently prioritize candidates who are active in their industry through organizations like ASCE, ACEC, or WEF, serve on boards or committees, or participate in leadership development programs
