Responsibilities
Junior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will be good at research, data entry, and numbers, have excellent attention to detail, and can work independently on assignments as needed. In this role, the individual will use their problem-solving skills to help the organization with day-to-day issues and requests.
Responsibilities
- Gather financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual labor and financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed
- Assist in day-to-day corporate finance functions
- Collaborate with the finance team on reporting needs
- Support the finance team by working through routine help desk items and recurring labor reporting
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills
- G Suite skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a dynamic team
