Responsibilities
- Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D projects
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs
- Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene
- Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts
- Collaborate with R&D Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
- Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D Operations team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
- Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, structured, and dependable
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Background or experience in software development or engineering environments
