Python Application Support & Maintenance Engineer

Must Have.

  • 5+ years of experience in application support, maintenance, or production support environments.
  • Experience with Python using Django.
  • Experience with C#/.NET applications and services.
  • Knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Experience implementing minor application enhancements and changes based on business requirements.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain application stability, performance, and availability.

Nice to Have.

  • Basic experience with ColdFusion, particularly for back-end services.

Responsibilities.

  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and support of business-critical IT applications.
  • Implement minor application changes and enhancements based on customer needs and business requirements.
  • Ensure application stability, availability, and optimal performance.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
  • Meet and maintain established KPIs related to system availability, incident resolution, and change implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to implement fixes, improvements, and performance optimizations.

  • English Advanced.
