Summary
This position exists to facilitate data extraction from multiple agency software systems and transforms large, complex datasets into meaningful and actionable insights for various organization stakeholders in the form of KPIs, business analytics and other reports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages/completes special projects delegated by the Director of Quality, Systems and Corporate Compliance as required with a wide variety of non-routine tasks.
- Run and monitor ongoing and recurring reports and dashboards in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain various monthly, quarterly, and annual report processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Including, but not limited to, census reporting, outcome measurement and tabulation reports, annual reports and more.
- Ensure accuracy of all information being captured by BI or any other daily reporting system.
- Ensure accuracy of data collected and maintained in all program systems or BI systems for persons referred for services, program new starts, all unduplicated program customers and their disabilities, program dates, placement activity, exit interviews, survey information and all follow-up information.
- Communicate and post Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information and other BI reports to staff; post relevant and up to date material on identified boards and
- Ability to combine and consolidate data from multiple systems to perform analysis and suggest system improvements.
- Development and maintenance of data source configurations used in BI and other reports.
- Prepare other miscellaneous reports ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain strictest confidence regarding reports and confidential material.
- Provide technical support for existing reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools. Including demoing and training end-users on data solutions.
- Maintain an effective and efficient data management system for the Transportation Department.
- Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain the same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

Education Requirements
Associate’s degree in data analytics or computer information systems is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Experience with the following systems is a plus: Salesforce (CRM), Counterpoint (POS), Kronos (HCMS), Sage (Finance), Power BI (BI).

- Must have a strong understanding of the application software and tools by which to extract or interface with other software applications to generate meaningful data for management use.
- Must be able to quickly shift priorities.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to work semi-independently, as well as have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
