Senior DevOps Engineer

To support NN International's technology strategy and enable reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms for AI-powered solutions, we are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Czechia.

Your impact at NN

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and continuously improving enterprise-grade DevOps platforms and cloud infrastructure. You will help ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and observability of mission-critical platforms while supporting the development and operation of modern AI-based applications across NN International. Working closely with engineers, architects, and product teams, you will drive DevOps best practices and contribute to NN's cloud and platform engineering strategy.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Improve reliability, security, and observability of Azure platforms.

• Automate deployments and operational processes using IaC.

• Support engineering teams in delivering scalable cloud solutions.

• Drive DevOps best practices and mentor colleagues.

Your skills and experience

• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

• Scripting skills (Python preferred).

• Understanding of cloud security and automation.

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
