Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on backend development experience specifically using Python and Django together, along with modern frontend development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using:
  • React (Frontend)
  • Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory)
  • Build and integrate secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
  • Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes into functional solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend and frontend performance issues.
  • Follow best practices in architecture, security, and code quality.

Mandatory Technical Skills

✔ 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory)

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Django (Mandatory)

✔ Strong expertise in React

✔ Experience building backend services and REST APIs using Django

✔ Solid knowledge of:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (ES6+)

✔ Experience with relational databases:

  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL

✔ Experience with Git and Agile methodologies

Good to Have

  • Experience with FastAPI
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience with Playwright or automated testing frameworks
