The Business Data, Analytics & Tools (BDAT) team delivers impactful analytics, integrated data and enhanced tools that help Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG) teams operate efficiently and make confident decisions. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst with strong analytical judgement and a deep understanding of digital data and analytics.

Working closely with Capabilities & Client Experience (CCE), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Marketing and Technology partners, you will help shape and deliver BDAT’s long-term digital data and analytics roadmap. You will turn digital engagement data into trusted reporting, reusable data products and actionable insights that help teams understand client journeys, improve content effectiveness and make better decisions at scale.

  • Support the development and drive the delivery of the BDAT digital data and analytics roadmap, partnering with Capabilities & Client Experience, MarTech, Marketing and Technology stakeholders to translate business priorities into prioritised data product requirements, delivery milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the ongoing management of digital data foundations, including the standardisation of our Marketing Golden Records, contact-level engagement data, data quality controls, lineage, definitions and reusable datasets, working with the relevant data owners and stewards.
  • Drive the implementation and governance of taxonomy across digital channels, establishing consistent tagging, controlled values and reporting definitions across platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Seismic and Salesforce CRM.
  • Establish and embed a scalable measurement framework for A/B testing and experimentation, partnering with digital and marketing teams to evaluate client journeys, content, campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Deliver and enhance Adobe page dashboards and related digital analytics outputs, ensuring stakeholders have trusted visibility of web performance, engagement behaviour, content effectiveness and optimisation opportunities, while helping evolve how Capital Group leverages emerging Adobe and AI capabilities, such as Adobe Co-Work, to accelerate insight generation.
  • Represent BDAT’s data and analytics requirements in the future rollout of Adobe Experience Platform, helping define audience, measurement, data quality and governance requirements that enable scalable personalisation.
  • Identify and support opportunities to apply AI and automation to digital analytics, including content and page optimisation recommendations, client journey insights, performance signals and automated commentary.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, helping shape priorities and ensuring analytics solutions remain aligned to business goals.

  • Experience working in web analytics and digital analytics or digital marketing measurement.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront or equivalent digital experience platforms.
  • Experience using customer and campaign data from Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with cloud data and analytics platforms such as Databricks and SQL/Python.
  • Experience working with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience using AI and automation to accelerate insight generation.
  • Experience translating business needs into analytics, reporting or data product requirements.
  • Knowledge of asset management and the data challenges within the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a pro-active and self-starter attitude.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
