Job Title: HSE Advisor-QA Document Controller
Reporting to: QHSE Manager
Nature of the Position: Full Time
Role Overview:
The HSE Advisor is responsible for supporting the HSE Specialist EMEA in development and
maintenance of HSE management system in Saudi Arabia. HSE Advisor will be providing Saudi facility with competent health and safety advice, knowledge, support and expertise to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, regulations and Hunting HSE requirements, and to ensure a safe working environment, work practices and equipment.
The QA Document controller will be responsible for fulfilling documentation requirements relating to
products manufactured, serviced and rented in the HESA product lines. Maintaining accurate and timely
document control entries into the Hunting Quality Management System (QMS), Enterprise Resource
Planning System (ERP), Hunting Equipment Document Sharing System (HEDSS), Update and Managing Monday.com, reporting, induction and training facilitation.

HSE Advisor:
Responsibilities:
- Continually improve the site safety culture.
- Lead by example in all HSE matters, demonstrating ethical behavior, integrity, and impartiality.
- Perform HSE duties associated with the HSE Advisor role or as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Conduct monthly internal HSE audits and monitor the completion of audit findings.
- Assist with incident investigations, accident file management, and lessons learned meetings.
- Deliver HSE toolbox talks, various Internal training, awareness programs, and monthly HSE campaigns.
- Work with Supervisors / Managers to develop and implement safety improvements.
- Maintain HSE targets, Managing HSE related databases in OnBase, procedures, standards, and management systems.
- Assist in developing risk assessments and risk mitigation measures.
- Supporting all Hunting personnel on all aspects and matters concerning HSE.
- Inspect, maintain, and keep all facility safety equipment in compliance with all local, Government regulations.
- Responsible for conducting HSE Inductions, and HSE Policy to the Visitors, Customers, and new employees
Authorities:
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Access and maintain HSE records, databases, and management system documentation.
- Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Recommend improvements to HSE procedures, standards, and risk controls.
- Coordinate Emergency Response Team activities.
- Raise HSE concerns, recommend corrective actions, and escalate significant risks.
- Stop or recommend stopping unsafe work in accordance with company procedures.
- Raise/close HSE observation cards, CAR, Actions in Onbase
Accountabilities:
- Ensure HSE audits, inspections, training, and assigned HSE activities are completed effectively and on time.
- Ensure audit findings and corrective actions are tracked to closure.
- Maintain accurate HSE training records, databases, and statutory records.
- Support compliance with company HSE policies, legal requirements, and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 management systems.
- Contribute to continual improvement of HSE performance, compliance, and safety culture.
- Provide effective HSE support to employees and management to achieve business HSE objectives.
QA Document controller:
Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the creation of:
- Hunting Certificates of Conformity
- Assembly build lists
- Non-destructive testing reports
- Hardness test reports
- Drift test reports
- Manufacturing documentation packages
- Assist in monthly reporting for Corporate Quality Metrics – where required
- Monthly reporting for Local Quality Metrics – where required
- Archive control for the local network – where required
- Manufacturing documentation packages
- Responsible for created Manufacturing Documentation Packages for all New Build, Rental and Serviced Equipment’s, New Parts, Thru Tubing and Hunting Spares/Accessories where required
- Perform QA duties associated with the Document controller role or as assigned by the Line Manager
- Responsible for maintaining the Quality/HSE Documents within the QHSE folder (Scan-Soft copy) and within the QHSE office
- Performing prescribed quality checks on all documentation before processing and uploading in HEDSS and Monday.com Portal.
- Liaising with third-party or customer-supplied releasing agents.
- Coordinating with manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resolve product or service quality document issues.
- Quality Related Requisitions on Hunting ERP System
- Ensuring accurate data input to HEDSS and assisting other departments with use
- Administration of Customer accounts on HEDSS and assisting with live document retrieval queries
- Administration of historical archives (physical and digital)
- Upload of Goods in Certification and Raw Material Certification to HEDSS
- Assisting Third Party surveyor with resolution of anomalies for MSA locations
- Working in accordance with the applicable document management procedures and work instructions
- Circulating documents for review, information and approval
- Liaising with relevant departments regarding certification or documentation issues
- Participating in Internal/External audits, including resolution of any associated CAR’s and PIR’s
- Supporting and driving the identification of 'Root Cause' and the implementation of Corrective and Preventative actions resulting from non-conformances. This will include the communication of relevant lessons learned.
Authorities:
- Access, use and upload the document in HEDSS, ERP, and document control systems for quality-related activities
- Retrieve, verify, and process certification and manufacturing documentation
- Circulate documentation for review, approval, and information
- Escalate documentation issues, non-conformances, and missing records
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, and third-party inspectors on documentation matters
Coordinate resolution of certification and quality documentation anomalies
- Support updates and corrections within HEDSS in line with procedures
- Participate in audits and provide supporting evidence and records
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings
- Witness the pressure testing and perform Final Inspection.
- Delivery the QA Certificate to the customer by email when required
Accountabilities:

- Timely availability, traceability, and retrieval of all certification and manufacturing records
- Data integrity within HEDSS and related systems
- Completeness and correctness of manufacturing documentation packages
- Effective support of audits and successful resolution of CARs and PIRs
- Closure and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- Prevention of recurrence of non-conformances through root cause analysis and lessons learned

Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma level qualification or equivalent HSE advisory experience
- NEBOSH certificate
- Internal Auditor in either ISO9001, ISO14001 or ISO45001
- In depth knowledge of HSE International Codes and Standards
- Skilled in preparation, development and delivery of training programs
- Risk management and incident investigation skills
- Detailed analysis and reporting techniques including the visualization of data
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft D365
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
